EPC & Construction Management

Altran has expanded its offerings in engineering and construction support services to include Construction Management. This offering model provides a unique opportunity to leverage the span of Altran engineering consulting services to support full project delivery of engineering, procurement and construction management. Altran can provide a total EPC package or incremental project and construction services.

Altran has broad experience in Project Engineering/Construction Management of Power Delivery, Fossil & Nuclear Generation, Oil &Gas plant assets having been engineered, constructed and placed into commercial operation.  Altran also has broad experience with project scheduling, project controls and supply chain augmentation; all critical tasks that a Project Team must perform to be successful.  However, the essential element needed for a Project to ensure construction success is a coordinated, qualified construction management team with capable, experienced leadership who are diligent, thorough and comprehensive in the discharge of their duties,  Team members possessing the appropriate skills for the project must be brought onto the construction team at appropriate times and their activities coordinated so that every area of construction, commissioning, start-up, performance and compliance testing is monitored to assure the Owner receives the Project for which they have planned, contracted and purchased.  Altran is prepared to provide such a project team to support client projects.
