Daniel brings twenty years of international experience in a diversified range of software engineering, marketing, sales and general management experience to Altran, from both established and high-growth companies at the cutting edge of software development.
Daniel comes to Altran following the acquisition of Lohika by Altran in July 2016. During his 14 year tenure as President and CEO, Daniel grew Lohika from a 40 person firm into a world class engineering services organization employing over 600 engineers across three locations in Ukraine. Under Daniel’s leadership, Lohika focused exclusively on delivering high value software R&D services to fast growing, venture backed technology companies. By making ‘100% customer satisfaction’ the key metric across the organization, Daniel ensured long term customer relationships and ‘100% refererence-ability’ which powered Lohika’s growth and success in the highly competitive Silicon Valley and globally.
Previously he was at KLA-Tencor, where he held full P&L responsibility for the Test and Analysis Software Division, including the management of the Custom Software Development and Client Services departments.
While at KLA-Tencor, he achieved 250% revenue growth in three years, and developed the annual Strategic Plans for his division. He is also credited with turning around the Test Software product line, making it the most profitable in the company. Prior to KLA-Tencor, Daniel was at IBM, where he held several software engineering and engineering management roles in data analysis application development. Leading an IBM-Siemens (now Infineon) joint venture team, he was instrumental in introducing and ramping up IBM’s Advanced Memory Manufacturing Line in Paris.
Daniel holds an MBA from Stanford University and a MS in Electrical Engineering from INSA Lyon, France.
